I provide traditional talking therapy counselling services. Here, I provide you with a safe confidential space within which to talk about what’s concerning you.
Your session is your time. Perhaps you would like to talk about changing thought or behaviour patterns, or to talk about difficult events in your life. I will actively listen to you, providing a non-judgmental accepting presence.
Counselling can help with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns amongst others. You do not need to have a diagnosis or be in distress in order to find counselling beneficial.
